How to use our webshop

Finding Items

There are several ways to find an item:

You can use the navigation tree to browse through the items.

If you already know all the item numbers, you can use 'easy order' to speed up the ordering process. Use the search box.

You'll find more information about searching in the help section under "Search tips".

When you have found the item you want, press "Buy" or "Choose". The "Choose" alternative is shown if there are additional choices to make, such as colour or size.

Shopping Cart

When you click "buy", the item will be added to your shopping cart. This shows the items you have selected and the total amount of your order.

By clicking "Add to cart" you can change the contents of your basket, complete and submit your order.

By clicking on "Save cart to favorite list" you can save all the items in your basket and continue shopping later. The next time you visit the webshop, simply go to My Account and add your saved list of favourites to your shopping basket.

Checkout

Once you have added your items, press the "Checkout" button. At checkout you can either register or sign in if you haven't already done so.

You can easily change the quantity of an item by changing the quantity and pressing "change". Clicking on the recycle bin will remove all items from a particular row.

Be sure to check your address and the contents of your cart before submitting your order.

Log In

If you have already registered, log in using your username and password.

Registration

If you are a new customer, start by filling in the registry form. All boxes marked with a * is required information.

When your registration has been processed, an email containing your login information will be sent to you.

Confirm your order

Once you have checked the contents of your order, select your delivery and payment methods. You can also give us any additional information about your purchase. Then press "Send Order".

Payment method

All payments are done via invoice. The invoice will be sent to your registered invoice email.

Receipt Page

When you see the Receipt page you know that we have received your order.
You will see your order number. We will then send you an order confirmation by e-mail.

We recommend that you print this page for future reference.

Delivery

Delivery will be made as soon as possible (unless something else is specified).

Order History

You can view your previous orders in the My Account section. Clicking on an order will give you more information about that order. You can copy an order and take it directly to checkout.

By clicking on the image of a truck in the order history, you can track your order online.
